Driving Range Assistant – Join our energetic team!



Location: Birchwood Park Dartford

Hours: 15 hour contract (opportunity for overtime too)

Pay: £10.19 for under 21 years old, £12.21 for over 21 years old



Applicants must be 18+



Are you bursting with energy and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? Do you have a passion for golf, great people skills, and a “can-do” attitude? Then we want YOU to join our team as a Driving Range Assistant at the Trackman Range, Birchwood Park.



What you'll be doing:

Deliver outstanding service at the bar and with table service
Support customers with Trackman technology – offering advice and troubleshooting when needed
Ensure the safety of all guests using the driving range and compliance with range ball policies
Monitor and maintain top-quality hire clubs and range balls – removing any damaged equipment
Open and close the driving range with professionalism and care
Uphold and enforce BGL’s company policies and procedures, including food hygiene, alcohol service, stock control, and health & safety
Keep the range and facilities spotless, welcoming, and in top condition
Collaborate with your team to quickly resolve any operational issues
Report any maintenance concerns promptly
Take on any additional duties as requested by management
About you:

Over 18 years of age (essential due to the sale of alcohol)
Energetic and enthusiastic with a proactive mindset
A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
Team player who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves
Tech-savvy and happy to guide customers through our Trackman system
Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
