Plumber (Installer)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Plumber Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and/or new construction projects. You must be able to read blueprints, follow building codes, and ensure quality work in compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and connect pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures for water and gas supply lines and drainage systems

Read and interpret blueprints, building codes, and installation specifications

Inspect plumbing systems for proper installation and identify potential issues

Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, and other tradespeople

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Test plumbing systems for leaks and functionality

Document all work performed and report any issues or delays

Adhere to company policies and safety standards at all times

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following skills:

- Strong customer service abilities.

- Proficiency in English.

- Experience with CRM software.

- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.

- Ability to drive business development initiatives.

- Proven track record in sales and account management.

- Familiarity with technology sales and outside sales.

- Excellent negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with new construction plumbing installations

Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
