Job Requirements

The ideal person should have 2-3 years' experience in the field of testing 3-phase UPS, power supplies, Electrical AC/DC Drives, Solar central inverters in an automated environment, managing and maintaining a team of test engineers, and test labs (> 1MVA) of high power electrical /Power electronics products.

The person should have experience in debugging, repairing, maintenance of automated testers, modification and updating of testers, should have handled advance test instruments like scopes, digital power analyzers, data loggers, data acquisition units, AC-DC power supplies. Should have worked in an NI LabVIEW and Test Stand-controlled test environment.

The person should have focused on managing test technicians. Understanding the concepts of safety in high power test labs and automated test lines. Must have knowledge of TPM concepts and cybersecurity. Able to create test procedures, test report formats and operator work instructions referring to the product and test specifications. Self-motivated individual contributor able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A team player with excellent verbal/written communication skills and competent in cross-group collaboration.

Excellent written and spoken English skills to train the newly joined team members.

Qualification – B-tech -Electrical/Electronic with 2/3 Years of experience
