Job description
Job Title: Human Resource Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the company's human resources function, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, benefits administration, and payroll processing.

The ideal candidate will have:
• a bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field;
• at least 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role;
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• ability to analyze data and make informed decisions;
• proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.

The company offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
