What You’ll Lead and Achieve

Inspire and empower a Commercial Banking team based in Perth CBD, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth
Coach and mentor your people to deliver outstanding client service and build enduring relationships
Drive strategic growth by identifying market opportunities and shaping solutions that meet complex client needs
Lead deal execution with confidence—originating, structuring, and negotiating sophisticated financial solutions
Represent CommBank across the region, building your profile and strengthening our presence in the WA business community

What You Bring

Proven experience in leading high-performing teams with a focus on coaching, development, and client excellence
Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of credit and risk
A passion for client outcomes, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement
A collaborative mindset and ability to build strong internal and external relationships
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or Commerce (highly regarded)
