HR Generalist

At Turgajo Technologies, we're seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily focus on IT recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• SOURCE, SCREEN, AND EVALUATE CANDIDATES FOR IT POSITIONS, INCLUDING SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS, ENGINEERS, DATA SCIENTISTS, AND OTHER TECHNICAL ROLES.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to ensure a competitive approach to recruitment.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably within the technology industry.
• SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF RECRUITMENT BEST PRACTICES AND THE ABILITY TO IDENTIFY AND ATTRACT TOP IT TALENT.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
