Job description:

An ORM Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing a company’s public image.
• Monitoring Brand Mentions: Track brand mentions across social media, news outlets, and review platforms.
• Communicate with internal teams, including executives, legal, and customer service, to ensure unified messaging. Manage external relationships with media, influencers, and other stakeholders.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in response management on various digital platforms
• Experience with customer handling techniques and writing responses
• The candidate should be willing to pitch in for other shifts as and when required
• Daily Response Management: Mention Search and Action
• Action on Negative/ Neutral/ Positive Mentions
• Up to date on the latest tools and their capabilities
• Ability to propose logical solutions as well as communicate them
• Knowledge of ORM / Social Media Monitoring

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive approach to identifying potential reputation risks and resolving issues before they escalate.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: 8 years of experience in PR, communications, digital marketing, or a similar role. Previous/Current experience managing brand reputation is highly desirable.
