Key Responsibilities Project Oversight: Manage all phases of plumbing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Contract Management: Confidently interpret, administer, and manage contracts for commercial construction projects. Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and quality outcomes. Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, prepare cost estimates, and manage procurement of materials and services. Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management. Qualifications and Experience Experience: Minimum of 5 years in plumbing project management within the construction industry. Contract Knowledge: Strong understanding and experience in managing commercial contracts, including head contracts and subcontract agreements. Education: Relevant trade qualifications; a Project Management certification is advantageous. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
