Job description
Job Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and case studies, covering various AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and techniques.Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to individuals and groups, both in-person and virtually, ensuring that participants understand key concepts and can apply them effectively.Adapt training content and delivery methods to meet the needs and skill levels of diverse audiences, including students, professionals, and executives.Provide guidance and support to participants during hands-on exercises and projects, offering assistance with coding, debugging, and troubleshooting as needed.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI/ML technologies, tools, and applications, incorporating new insights and best practices into training programs.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify training needs, develop customized training solutions, and support ongoing learning initiatives.Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback sessions, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.Contribute to the growth of the AI/ML community by participating in events, conferences, and online forums, sharing knowledge and insights with fellow practitioners.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior trainers and interns, helping them develop their skills and expertise in AI/MLJob Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., Master's, Ph.D.) preferred.Proven experience as a trainer, instructor, or educator, with a focus on AI/ML topics. Industry certifications (e.g., TensorFlow Developer Certificate) a plus.Strong proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML development, such as Python, R, or Java.In-depth knowledge of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and tools (e.g., scikit-learn, Keras).Practical experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models for real-world applications, with a solid understanding of data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.Experience working in a training or consulting role within the AI/ML industry is a plus
