About the Job:
As a Business Development Representative, you'll:
Respond to inbound insurance leads (primarily over the phone)
Perform risk discovery analysis on new clients for optimal coverage options
Provide timely, accurate, and easily understood insurance quotes to prospects
Utilize Applied Systems (Epic) software for managing client information and insurance processes
Base Requirements
Our minimum requirements for a successful candidate are:
Required licencing: Level 1 Alberta General Insurance Licence
Years of experience as an insurance broker: 1 Year
Complimentary Experience
Your success in this role will be augmented if you also have:
Additional insurance licences and/or relevant experience
Familiarity with Applied Systems (Epic)
Aptitude in insurance company portals
