Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer support while communicating and assisting customers.

- Ensure high-quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.

- Analyze customer reported information to identify problems and concerns, and resolve tickets accordingly.

Requirements:

- 6 months experience in Customer Care

- Good communication skills

- Any Graduate (UG)

- Min 1 year Chat Experience

Work Details:

- Shift: 247

- Work Days: 5 days with 2 days rotational offs

- Job Location: Gurugram, India

- Compensation: 23,000 - 26,000 per month
