About the role:

Tynan Motors are seeking a Registration Clerk to join our team in Sutherland. This is a permanent part time position 2 days per week - working Tuesday's & Thursdays.

Duties:

Processing New and Used car Registrations using the RMS Dealer Online system
Liaises with Service NSW, Allianz and Myplates
Reconcile receipts and payments made to Service NSW/RMS
Create CTP’s for New/used vehicle registrations.
Update and maintain vehicle specification sheets required for vehicle registration.
Administration tasks
About you:

Current or previous experience as a registration clerk within a dealership (Preferred but not essential)
Strong Administrative Skills
Previous data entry skills
Attention to detail and great time management
Ideally to have experience with Dealer Online, or the ability to learn a new software system efficiently
