About the Role:

TechHive is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the development of robust web applications and manage a team of developers. This role requires strong technical expertise in React.js, Next.js, and backend technologies, along with proven experience in team leadership and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications
Use React.js, Next.js, and backend technologies for scalable solutions
Lead and manage a development team, assign tasks, and conduct code reviews
Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and project managers
Ensure timely delivery, performance optimization, and maintain code quality
Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience with React.js, Next.js, and full-stack development
Backend experience with Node.js and working with REST APIs
Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Proven team handling and leadership experience
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
