Jamraj Enterprise Limited is a well-established and respected business, renowned for offering a thoughtfully curated and flavour-rich North Indian menu. We are currently seeking a Front of House staff member to join our team in the Manawatū-Whanganui region.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers upon arrival and provide menus and beverage options in a friendly and timely manner.
Accurately take customer orders and serve food and drinks according to their selections.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience and high satisfaction levels.
Assist in preparing a variety of food items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Clear tables promptly after meals and return dishes and utensils to the kitchen.
Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times.
Process customer payments and operate EFTPOS and other payment systems efficiently.
Assist in managing the cash register and handling transactions accurately.
Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the premises.
Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week and will be paid between $24-$26 per hour.

Other requirements for the role:

Available to work on weekends and late evenings
Physically fit to stand for extended periods
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is an advantage, but not essential
Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment.
