Role Details:

Routes: Delivering to Visy sites as required, throughout QLD.
Locations: Based out of Yatala Depot
Hours: AM Hours

What you'll do:

Multiple positions driving Rigid, Semi and Multi combinations.
Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and compliant.
Ensure timely and efficient pick-up and delivery of freight, maintaining adherence to schedules.
Accurately complete electronic reporting systems and other required documentation.
Comply with all company/site policies and state and national transport regulations, including Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility laws.
Adhere to all load restraint guidelines to ensure freight is securely transported.
What You Will Bring:

A valid MC, HC, HR Licence with minimum of 2 years’ recent Australian driving experience.
Experience with tautliners, flatbeds, retractable or container trailers.
Sound knowledge of the regional areas or interstate routes.
Provide a full 5-year demerit point history report.
Complete Visy Practical Driver Assessment.
Excellent communication, time management skills and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
A comprehensive understanding of road, fatigue, and load restraint laws.
Pride in the presentation and maintenance of trucks and equipment.
