Project Manager (Web Design & Digital Marketing)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day digital marketing activities and ensure seamless execution across all team members.

This role requires a proactive leader and previous agency-related experience to coordinate with remote teams and manage the delivery of projects on time, within scope, and according to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the digital marketing team to deliver the following services: Website Design & Development, SEO, PPC, Lead Generation.
Coordinate and collaborate with remote teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on deliverables.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that projects stay on track and within allocated resources.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively address challenges.
Ensure the timely communication with the clients through Account Managers.
Work with cross-functional teams to drive the successful execution of marketing strategies.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital marketing, website design or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, paid media, email, social, etc.).
Experience in managing offshore teams and navigating cultural and communication differences.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage over 10 projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills to interact with both internal teams and clients.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
