Digital Marketing & Telemarketing Specialist

Location: Richmond, BC
Schedule: Full-Time | In-Office / Hybrid / Remote

Are you a motivated, results-driven marketer with a passion for digital growth and customer outreach? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Telemarketing Specialist who can lead marketing efforts across multiple platforms and engage with potential customers directly.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creative content creation, data analysis, and direct communication through phone and digital channels. You’ll play a key part in building brand awareness, driving engagement, and converting leads into customers.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote products and services
Handle outbound telemarketing calls to follow up with leads, book appointments, and engage potential clients
Manage and optimize multiple Facebook business accounts simultaneously for ad campaigns and marketplace listings
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and new opportunities
Create SEO-friendly content to boost organic search rankings and drive website traffic
Use Google Analytics and other tools to evaluate marketing performance and make data-driven improvements
Collaborate with the sales, design, and product teams to align messaging and strategy
Build content for social media, email newsletters, blogs, and landing pages using platforms like WordPress
Stay updated with marketing trends, Meta Ads policies, and industry changes
What You Bring:

Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Facebook marketing and lead generation
Experience in telemarketing or phone-based customer outreach
Proficiency in managing multiple Facebook pages, ad accounts, and messaging systems
Strong understanding of SEO, Google tools (Analytics, Search Console), and content marketing
Excellent communication and persuasive speaking skills, both written and verbal
Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and platforms at once

Pay: $24,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
