Join Polaron Solar as a Paid Media Buyer – Drive Campaigns That Power a Greener Future

Location: Hybrid (2 Tippett Rd, North York, ON)
Monthly Salary: $5,000 – $6,000 CAD (with growth potential based on performance)

We’re on the hunt for a high-impact Paid Media Buyerwho thrives on performance-driven strategy, creative execution, and big-budget optimization. What You'll Do:

Strategically manage and optimize digital ad campaigns with a daily spend of up to $3,500 across platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Develop complete advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting, visual and video
creative, and landing page strategy.

Execute lead generation strategies to attract high-quality leads and maximize ROI.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; provide actionable insights for
ongoing improvement.

Use data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Looker) to present campaign
metrics to stakeholders.

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad placements, targeting strategies, and landing
pages for performance enhancement.

Identify new media opportunities, tools, or platforms to expand reach and improve
efficiency.

Collaborate with internal content creators and external agencies to develop engaging
visuals, videos, and ad copy.

Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, digital marketing trends, and competitor
activities.

Implement and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and tag setups to ensure proper
performance tracking.

What You Bring:

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital media buying, with a strong focus on
Facebook and Google Ads for lead generation, is a must.

Proven ability to manage and optimize large daily budgets efficiently.
Prior experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a strong asset.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Data Studio, Looker, or other
dashboard/reporting tools.

Experience in creative campaign development, including messaging, visuals, and
video production coordination.

Expertise in audience targeting, funnel strategy, bidding models, and performance-
based campaign optimization.

Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Hands-on experience with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Suite)
Proficient in setting up and managing conversion tracking, tags, and pixels.
