Lot Attendant/Detailer

Job Description:
As a Lot Attendant, you will play a vital role in keeping our dealership lot organized, clean, and accessible for customers. You’ll be responsible for vehicle movement, lot maintenance, and providing an excellent first impression to visitors. Your role will also involve assisting the sales team with vehicle display and ensuring that our vehicles are always in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Park and move vehicles on the dealership lot, ensuring they are in an orderly and accessible position.
Clean and maintain the lot and vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, and detailing as needed.
Assist in the delivery and organization of new and pre-owned inventory.
Monitor and maintain vehicle inventory levels, ensuring all vehicles are tagged and accounted for.
Ensure vehicles are prepared for test drives and assist customers with accessing vehicles.
Help with general lot maintenance, including checking for safety hazards, keeping walkways clear, and maintaining overall cleanliness.
Assist sales team members in any other lot-related tasks as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service and assist with any customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.75-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
