Warehouse Team Leader (Afternoon Shift)

Join the Tibaldi Supply Chain (Warehouse) team as a full-time Warehouse Team Leader (Afternoon Shift 2.00pm to 10:30pm) based in Clayton, Victoria.

Your Story

As the Warehouse Team Leader (Afternoon Shift), you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team based in Clayton, Victoria and will be involved in:

· The ability to perform Warehouse Level 1, 2, 3A, 3B and 3C duties – hands on role.

· Supervision of a Team up to 5 people, reporting to Shift Supervisor.

· Working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety procedures and requirements.

· Expected to oversee and guide Employees at the lower levels in the performance of their duties and to encourage/ facilitate job rotation and to broaden their skill base.

· Warehouse Administrative duties of inbound – Goods Receipting, Two step outbound (Picking & Packing) and stock control – investigating missing stock, cycle counting and shift handover activities.

· Experience with Oracle/NetSuite WMS or a similar ERP/WMS System for example SAP – Desktop & Mobile.

· Competent in Excel, Outlook, Warehouse applications on IPADs.

· Perform backup role for Supervisor when required.

· Understanding of food safety and good GMP practices.

As part of the Warehouse Operations team, you will:

· Work in a controlled temperature warehouse environment (Chiller & Freezer) where you will be required to wear appropriate PPE.

· Use your outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

· Be a role model for all aspects of safety and wellbeing.

· Be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who thrives within a team environment.

· Bring your hands-on approach to everything you do

To be successful in this role you will have:

· Valid forklift licence and would be desirable to have reach truck experience

· FMCG food industry experience

· Proficient in using WMS (RF Gun & Desktop) and cycle counting processes

· Practical knowledge of safety and food safety standards

· Strong communication skills with ability to manage shift handovers effectively

· Tech-savvy with experience using Excel, Outlook, and iPad applications

· Ability to work independently and lead a small team when required

The Tibaldi Enterprise Agreement 2026 willcover your employment for this position.

Your hours of work will be performed between 2.00pm and 10.30pm.

Our hourly rates of pay are dependent upon your levels of experience. This will be discussed during the recruitment process.
