The Shillingford Bridge Hotel which is situated in a picturesque location is looking for a Housekeeping Assistant to join their team! Whether you just fancy a few shifts a week or whether you would like to progress your career with us, we are interesting in hearing from you.

The role involves:

Cleaning guest bedroom’s, you will be joining a team that are passionate about providing our guests with the best service and experience throughout their stay with us

Reporting maintenance faults to ensure that the guest experience is flawless by the time the guest arrives

Regular checks of public areas including outside areas of the hotel to ensure that first impressions of the hotel are very good

Setting up and/or replenishing guest bedroom amenities as per our operating procedures

Ensuring that cleaning equipment and chemicals are correctly used, stored and replenished as needed

Working in a team or individually to clean the allocated rooms to high specification

The successful applicant will need:

To be passionate about delivering great service and be prepared to go that extra mile

To be willing to learn new things, to grow and work as part of a wider hotel team

Previous experience in Hotel Cleaning, as room attendant or public areas cleaner is advantageous
