Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
Train and develop team members in bartending techniques, cocktail preparation, and customer service skills.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor bar performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
Assist in the creation of innovative drink menus that reflect current trends.
Qualifications
Proven experience in bartending within a restaurant or hotel environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hospitality.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
A background in culinary arts or kitchen operations is advantageous but not essential.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
