Blind Tiger Inns are now a collection of 23 uniquely styled pubs & bars across the North West, having just opened, in July, The Castle in Clitheroe, alongside our super successful and fully refurbished businesses that we launched in late 2026, the Stanley & Co in Preston City Centre in November, The Grosvenor in Manchester City Centre in October and The Grey Man in Daisy Hill in September!
We are now excited to shortly welcome The Little B in Sale, from August 2026, to our existing gang across Greater Manchester, which means we are looking for the next super star pub manager to partner with us. The builders are at the ready to fully refurbish the property from top to bottom, including the super important outdoor terraces, ready for our launch night party.

Our pubs are stacked full of all the tools to help make you stand right out from the crowd. Think massive super size ultra HD screens, showing all the live sports from Sky, TNT & Amazon Prime, visible from every part of the building, your customers will never miss that all important goal, stylish seating areas across different levels & heights to zone the pub for the different sectors of customers, amazing games areas with the best contactless pool tables & top spec AWPs from the leading suppliers, premium but quirky designs that will have the business the talk of the town, they really will be one of a kind.
There is always a fantastic range of beers on tap, along with premium spirits and some of the best wines in the local area, not to mention a company led toolkit of offers to help you tempt in your customers, so much so they never want to leave! Plus we must not forget we put in a really fair entertainment budget so you can always have quality acts and events on each and every week.
What’s on offer
We operate our businesses on the self employed operator model, so you’ll receive 20.5% of the net sales, paid weekly in arrears, out of which you pay yourself and your team. The average weekly sales in our estate is £13,000 per week, we don't like our pubs to be quiet as that doesn't work for anybody!
There is a super simple bonus scheme, where you can earn an extra £18,000 a year (paid monthly), for hitting some KPIs plus we ensure a well maintained self-contained, fully expensed, manager’s flat (you just pay the council tax) along with other monthly incentives to push you & your team to achieve. Last year we took the management teams to Berlin, in January we took everyone to Dublin, we held our very own "Tigers" like the Oscars, with a free bar for the whole team, and not to mention our annual incentive which this year got 4 of our pubs out to Dubai! This year's incentive is a trip to Miami, and 3 of the team have already nailed it with 6 months to go.
