We are looking for a Hotel Receptionist to join our Front Desk Team.

The Hotel Receptionist is responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all hotel guests, in line with the hotel’s vision and values on customer satisfaction.

The main purposes of the hotel reception staff is to respond courteously to guests’ requests, play a part in the general running of the reception desk and help the General Manager to maintain a smooth room bookings service.

The Mollington Banastre Hotel & Spa is part of Brook Hotels and situated on the edge of Chester. 2 miles from city centre the hotel enjoys an excellent location. Facilities include 63 bedrooms, large gardens, meeting rooms, restaurant, bar and Spa.

Training will be given, but the ideal candidate will have at least 1 years relevant experience, have used front offices systems before, be polite, well-mannered and have a smart appearance.
