Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a vital part of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Skills

Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
Basic maths skills for handling cash and making change.
Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous.
Bartending skills, including knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques.
A passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service.
