Guyers House Hotel is a four star hotel settled in 6 acres of beautiful Wiltshire Countryside.

We're looking for an ambitious, friendly and welcoming Receptionist to join our Front of House Team. Working within a small team, you'll relish the opportunity to be part of our team.

We are looking for individuals with a naturally warm personality to welcome our guests and deliver an exceptional guest experience. With high standards across the hotel, we're looking for an effective communicator to interact and liaise with all departments, maintain professional standards and work well both independently and as part of a team. It is essential, you have good listening skills for this position.

The ideal candidate will be organised and proactive, with excellent customer service skills, willing to help the team where needed. Ideally, you'll have a background in hospitality, you'll be confident in answering telephone calls and replying to emails in a timely manner. You’ll also have good numerical skills for basic maths tasks.

Previous experience using a PMS experience desirable.

Candidates will need to be flexible to work a variety of shift patterns to include evenings and weekends, shift patterns fall between 7am-11pm. This is a zero hours position.
