Senior Manager/AGM Delivery Leader Banking Location: Chennai/Indore Candidate expectation and Roles & Responsibilities: Candidate with 12+ years of experience into banking domain (Commercial/Retail/Corporate Banking). Experience leading large programs in banking for multiple accounts. Mainly UK/Ireland banking operations. Strong people manager with span of 100 to 250+ FTEs. Client Relationship Management, Performance Monitoring, Resource Allocation, Issue Resolution, Process Improvement, Strategic Planning, Reporting and Documentation, Training and Development, Compliance and Risk Management. Drive/ train resources from Continuous Improvement standpoint Meet targets, KPIs and client defined SLAs. Flexible to work in global working hours.
