As we continue to expand our online presence, we're looking for a results-driven Ecommerce Specialist to help elevate our digital storefront, optimize online sales performance, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Ecommerce Specialist to take ownership of our ecommerce platforms and help grow our online sales channels. This role will be instrumental in managing website content, optimizing product listings, running digital marketing campaigns, and analysing performance data to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and imagery across all ecommerce platforms (e.g. WooCommerce and eBay)
Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy in coordination with warehouse and operations teams
Optimize product content and categories for SEO and improved searchability
Implement and support digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, email, social media)
Analyse sales performance, traffic data, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for growth
Improve user experience (UX) and customer journey across online platforms
Coordinate with customer service and fulfilment teams to ensure smooth order processing
Stay updated on ecommerce trends, competitor activity, and new tools/technologies
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in an ecommerce or digital marketing role (2+ years preferred)
Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce and eBay
Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid digital marketing channels
Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo) is a plus
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Graphic design or content creation skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite) are a bonus
