Job Description: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Management
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
HR Policies and Compliance
Performance Management and Development
Budgeting and Workforce Planning
Employee Relations and Well-being
Retail-Specific Focus

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role, ideally in the retail or luxury lifestyle industry in the last 3-4 years.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, HR policies, budgeting, and labour laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
A keen understanding of luxury retail and the ability to embody the brands ethos.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
