This role involves conducting a variety of laboratory tests, analyzing samples, and maintaining accurate records to support our healthcare services. Responsibilities:
• Receive, label, and analyze various samples such as blood, toxic substances, tissue, etc.
• Design and execute laboratory testing procedures in accordance with established standards at Belenus Champion Hospital.
• Conduct experiments using refined scientific methods to verify or reject different hypotheses under defined conditions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental procedures, observations, and results.
• Prepare and sterilize equipment and instruments for laboratory testing at Belenus Champion Hospital.
• Collaborate with other laboratory staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Participate in quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory techniques and procedures at Belenus Champion Hospital.

Requirements:

Education and Skills:
• Degree or diploma in a relevant scientific field (e.g., biology, chemistry, medical technology).
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, techniques, and equipment.
• Proficiency in accurately analyzing and interpreting scientific data.
• Familiarity with standard laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience:
• Prior experience as a lab technician or in a similar role is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and instruments.
