The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring and protecting property, assets, and personnel.
• Patrolling: Regularly inspect designated areas to identify potential security risks and prevent unauthorized access.
• Surveillance: Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance systems to detect any security breaches or incidents.
• Access Control: Enforce policies and procedures related to access control, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive areas.
• Incident Response and Reporting: Respond promptly to security incidents and report them to management, following established procedures.
• Enforcement: Enforce company policies and regulations, including those related to safety and security.
• Safety Inspection: Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action to prevent accidents.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with staff, visitors, and law enforcement agencies to ensure a smooth and secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Patrol designated areas to maintain a visible presence and deter potential security threats.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance systems to detect any security breaches or incidents.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and report them to management, following established procedures.

Requirements:
• Higher Secondary or Diploma in relevant field.
• Minimum 1-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to respond to emergency situations effectively.
