Job Title: Web Manager & Digital Marketing Specialist
About Job:
A growing nail and beauty supplier seeking a results-driven individual to help elevate online presence and boost performance across web and digital marketing platforms. If you're passionate about growing local businesses, strategic design, e-commerce performance, and have an eye for trends in beauty or nails, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities: Website Management
Analyze website performance and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics
Strategically improve site layout, product placements, and homepage banners based on performance data and new product launches
Design and update basic graphics and promotional banners (Canva or similar)
Optimize landing pages and navigation for conversion
Optimize user experience
Adding/editing new/old products
Effectively coordinate with other departments
Digital Marketing
Develop and execute marketing plans for product launches, sales, seasonal promotions, and key events
Monitor, manage, and optimize SEO, Google Ads, and meta ads
Use analytics to track performance and make data-informed decisions
Suggest and implement ideas to grow traffic, engagement, and sales
Provide follow up performance reports
Manage/support with social media
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in website management and/or e-commerce marketing
Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
Basic photography/videography skills
Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO
Ability to develop actionable plans from data
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong Communication
Bonus: Knowledge or passion for the nail and beauty industry or beauty e-commerce
