Social Media and Team Member

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media and Team Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in various social media management tools.

Additionally, you will be expected to engage in various kitchen duties such as prepping ingredients, cooking on the line as well as general cleaning and organizing tasks.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms
Prep ingredients, cook amazing dishes, organize inventory and clean the general work area.
Take photos and videos that tell the brand story.
Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences while maintaining brand voice and guidelines.
Design graphics and visual content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator.
Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management.
Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
A passion for photography and videography.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
