Job description
Litigation Lawyer, 5+ Years PQE, Devon, GBP 50,000+ (DOE) : A new opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join an established and growing team. JOB REF:0420.

The Role
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of either commercial litigation, property litigation or contentious probate matters.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• You will be confident and capable of participating in the development of the department and using marketing and networking to do this.

Skills Required
• Applications are sought from Litigation Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE that specialise in commercial litigation, property litigation or contentious probate.
• A self:sufficient, proactive working style
• The ability to manage your own caseload with support where appropriate
