Job Title: Senior Associate – Employment Law
Location: Manchester (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits

About the Role

We’re recruiting for a Senior Associate (Managing Associate or Director level) to join our client’s expanding Employment Law team in Manchester.

This is a strategic hire driven by growth and client demand. You’ll bring expertise in complex employment matters, a strong network or following, and a genuine interest in shaping the future of a high-performing team.

What You'll Do
• Deliver high-quality advice on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Lead on client relationships and drive business development
• Support junior team members and help grow the Manchester offering
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the team

What We're Looking For
• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 7+ PQE in Employment Law
• Strong client following and/or referral network
• Experience handling complex employment matters (including tribunals)
• Desire to take a leadership role and help grow a regional team
