Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to

Proactively identify and establish new business and referral opportunities and utilise networks of BFS customers within Roma, Goondiwindi, Dalby and referral partners to meet income targets.
Implement specific local competitive sales/income campaigns and initiatives to sell and promote tailored Bank products and services to small business owners in the region
Prepare and submit for approval business lending proposals outside own authorities with full justification for recommendations, including obtaining and analysing industry and business information.
Ensure adherence to internal operating policies and procedures, maintaining compliance standards in accordance with regulatory frameworks.

Strong understanding and experience with the lending process and credit policy, procedures and statutory requirements
High attention to detail and stakeholder management sills
Resilience and adaptability to manage clients with varying levels of financial circumstances
A strong motivation to learn and customer obsession
Willingness to learn and develop to cater for varying market segments
