Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Injury (ELPL) Litigator. The role involves managing a caseload of personal injury claims, primarily employer liability and public liability cases. Responsibilities include conducting thorough investigations, gathering and analyzing evidence, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. Although the role is based in Blackpool, there is flexibility for some work to be done from home.

Qualifications
• Experience in personal injury law, particularly employer liability and public liability
• Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines
• Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with case management software and legal research tools
• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
• Experience with hybrid working arrangements is a plus
