Loans4Homes is expanding! We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Mortgage Broker to join our dynamic team on a commission-only basis.

This is a full-time, work-from-home role ideal for a self-starter who thrives on flexibility, has a strong drive to generate their own leads, and wants to be part of a values-driven business that truly puts people first.

What’s on Offer
70/30 commission split – on both upfront and trail

Work from home with regular team catch-ups or training as needed

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in mortgage broking (essential)

Proven ability to self-generate leads (this is a must)

Strong end-to-end loan writing capability

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Sutherland Shire-based preferred, but open to applicants from Greater Sydney
