Hourly Pay:

$46.18 day shift
$50.34 evening and night shift
Examples of Work:

Make rounds on assigned shift in order to direct and evaluate nursing services, monitor work flow, and redefine priorities as needed
Communicate with the unit manager regarding data collected and pertinent issues related to each unit
Identify Veterans who are high risk for negative outcomes and communicate to staff at all levels
Document accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Communicate and participate with the interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care
Administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation when indicated
Oversee the supervision, recruitment, retention, performance management, discipline, clinical instruction, and feedback to the nursing staff
Give medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician
Assist the nursing team with Veteran care as needed, which may include lifting
Qualifications:

Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Missouri – in good standing
2+ years of experience as a registered nurse
