We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media & E-Commerce Manager (Part-Time or Full-Time) to join our team. The role involves managing and updating our online stores across platforms like Etsy, Amazon, eBay, and Shopify, along with handling day-to-day social media activity, product uploads, and marketing content.
Key Responsibilities:

1. E-Commerce Management
Upload new products with accurate descriptions and images
Regularly update inventory and product listings across Etsy, Amazon, eBay, and Shopify
Optimize product titles, tags, and descriptions for better visibility and search ranking

2. Social Media ManagementDesign and schedule engaging posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)
Respond to messages and comments in a timely, professional manner
Assist with running promotions, giveaways, and basic ad campaigns

3. Content & Graphic DesignCreate banners, social media posts, and promotional graphics using Canva or Photoshop
Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns
Use AutoCAD (basic level) when required for layout or product design visuals

4. Sales & Marketing SupportAssist in marketing strategy to boost traffic and sales
Track performance analytics across platforms
Contribute ideas for seasonal campaigns, sales promotions, and content planning

Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, and AutoCAD
Good written communication and product copywriting skills
