Event Coordinator Job

As a skilled event coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact events that strengthen our brand presence. This role requires a motivated and detail-oriented individual who takes full ownership of event coordination and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and execution of marketing events, including conferences, trade shows, and events.
• Manage end-to-end logistics: registration, shipping, collateral production, venue booking, catering, travel, and promotional materials.
• Act as the primary liaison with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Develop and support event-related content (e.g., invitations, social media, follow-up communications) to maximize engagement and return on investment.
• Maintain and manage event calendars, budgets, and post-event reporting with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Facilitate pre- and post-event briefings to ensure clear accountability and timely follow-through on actions.
• Monitor and evaluate event performance using feedback and analytics to inform future strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in marketing, event management, or administrative support roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
