Job Opportunity:

AR Operations Lead

Join a dynamic organization and lead the AR operations team in optimizing revenue cycle management (RCM) processes for US healthcare clients. This senior leadership role involves overseeing claim follow-ups, denial resolution, cash posting, and ensuring compliance with payer guidelines and HIPAA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead AR teams handling insurance follow-ups, denial resolution, and payment posting to drive business growth and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze AR aging reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, reducing Days in AR and improving collection rates.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and US healthcare compliance standards.
• Collaborate with QA, training, and operations teams to drive process improvements and optimize RCM workflows.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on denials and implement corrective actions to minimize future occurrences.
• Prepare and present AR dashboards to leadership, providing insights into performance metrics and recommending data-driven solutions.
• Manage client communications, audits, and reporting requirements with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of US healthcare RCM principles, days in AR, payer guidelines, and denial codes.
• Proficiency in RCM platforms such as Epic, Athena, or eClinicalWorks.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to drive results and build effective relationships.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies is an asset.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading AR operations teams and driving revenue growth through process optimization and strategic decision-making.
