Corporate Tax Manager - Private Clients


The opportunity

As a Manager you will be working for our growing EY Private Corporate Tax team. Our team work with leading and inspiring entrepreneurs, private equity backed companies and founder led businesses.

This is a hybrid position based in Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.


Your key responsibilities

Provide advice to clients on the application of Australian tax laws.
Provide strategic tax planning and structuring advice for inbound and outbound groups.
Provide post-deal taxation services and ad-hoc tax advice to acquired corporates.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to enhance and grow their all-round corporate tax skills, in an environment that is both supportive and flexible in the way that we work.


What we look for

Experience in Corporate Tax Advisory and Corporate Tax Compliance, ideally gained in a top-tier accounting firm or corporate business consulting environment
Tax technical knowledge relevant private companies and collective investment vehicles
Experience in managing junior staff and their development
