Position Description
• Outbound Sales Resource responsible for sourcing business from the market
• Responsible for fulfilling leads from Branch Staff and Other Verticals
• Adhere to the KYC and AML guidelines of the Bank for Account Opening

Primary Responsibilities as a Branch Banking Officer in Kota

Outbound Sales Sourcing:
• Acquire new CASA accounts (Resident/Non-Resident) via catchment working, cold calls, referrals, and internal databases
• Ensure quality acquisition and value in accounts opened
• Meet defined productivity norms through self-sourcing
• Comply with KYC/AML norms during acquisition

Fulfillment of Leads:
• Follow up on CASA leads from other verticals
• Meet TAT guidelines for customer commitments

Cross-Sales:
• Promote key products like FD, RD, Auto Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Consumer Durables

Business Hygiene:
• Proper Welcome Kit management
• Regular contact with customers to enhance value
• Contribute to the branch’s goals
