Marketing Executive- Client Servicing (On Contract)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to anchor the day-to-day execution of creative production that includes end-to-end development of creatives, from creating and sharing a brief, to vendor management, to feedback loops and closure of creatives – static, video, digital and print. You also have an understanding of brand expression as per guidelines.

The ideal candidate must juggle multiple projects and manage tight timelines, acting as the bridge between internal stakeholders, and external agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Project & Job Management: Oversee creative jobs end-to-end — from briefing and timelines to execution and feedback loops
• Stakeholder Coordination and Management: Liaise with business partners and the marketing & communications team to understand briefs and ensure timely, on-brand output
• Agency & Vendor Management: Interface with creative agencies and external partners to ensure quality deliverables and accountability
• Asset & Workflow Organization: Maintain dashboards or trackers for creative jobs; ensure workflows are streamlined and well-documented
• Review & Feedback Loops: Facilitate structured reviews. Collate feedback, communicate revisions, and follow through on closure
• Brand Adherence: Understand brand guidelines and expression. Ensure all creative output is aligned with brand guidelines, and campaign/project objectives.
• Creative Tooling Oversight: Use tools like Canva, Adobe Express, Firefly or similar platforms to support rapid design iterations or quick fixes when needed / resize visual assets for digital platforms.

What You Bring
• Up to 4 years of experience in a client servicing role
• Hands-on familiarity with latest AI creative tools like Canva, Firefly, Adobe Express, etc.
• Experience in managing creative agencies, and multiple stakeholders
• Understanding aesthetic & design
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage tight deadlines, multi-task, and keep multiple jobs running smoothly
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
