Our Sales Account Manager Trainee position prepares you to join the success.

What you'll Experience:

An in-depth rotational learning experience in the fields of sweet, beverage, and savory application in various key departments.
Receive exceptional guidance from a mentor who will help you navigate, learn and ultimately become the Salesperson you're dreaming to be.
Once your training is completed, you will move into a Sales Account Manager role with ownership over your own sales territory and the ability to manage and grow your business.
What you'll bring:

Ideally, a bachelor's degree in a science or business-related discipline or possess direct lab or other industry relevant experience.
Flexibility and adaptability. Your training will take place in Hoffman Estates, IL. After successfully completing the program, we offer you your own territory in the United States.
Relocation may be required after training.
Passion. Your drive to succeed, and eagerness to grow within an entrepreneurial, innovative and results-driven sales team.
