Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive SEO Executive to join our marketing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organic growth, improving search engine rankings, and increasing visibility for our real estate projects through strategic SEO initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-value terms and phrases for targeting.
• Implement both on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings.
• Optimize website content including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and images.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO platforms to track and analyze performance.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly blogs, articles, and web content.
• Stay updated on the latest search engine algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
• Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and overall SEO health, and generate regular reports.
• Assist in planning SEO strategies for new page launches and site redesigns.
• Perform in-depth competitor analysis and identify gaps in SEO strategies.
• Work with developers and technical teams to improve site architecture, page speed, and mobile optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SEO-related issues and ensure best practices are implemented.
• Present monthly SEO performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO Executive or in a similar digital marketing role.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, strategies, and tools (e.g., SE Ranking, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website management platforms like WordPress.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with local SEO strategies, especially in a real estate context, is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturday off - 2nd & 4th Saturday)
Fixed Sunday's off
Shift Timing - 10 am to 7 pm
