Job description
The Senior Preschool Coordinator and Educator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the preschool program, ensuring a high-quality learning environment, and providing educational instruction to young children.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure classroom instructions are adhering to the set curriculum and the school educational standards
Maintain records of attendance, progress reports, and assessments.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
Implement behavior management strategies that encourage positive behavior and social skills.
Collaborate with educators to create innovative teaching strategies and activities.
Establish effective communication with parents regarding child's progress and development

Must have :
Proven record of managing team and handling centers independently in preferably pre school set up for minimum 7 years
Proven record of classroom management and curriculum delivery in a preschool for minimum 7 years
Excellent verbal and written English communication and inter personal skills
Proficiency in using technology for educational and administrative purposes.
TTC, ECCED, B.ED, NTT, Primary - Preprimary training
