Job description
We are looking to speak with junior- to mid-level intellectual property attorneys with patent prosecution experience to join our client’s dynamic Biotechnology & Pharmaceuticals team in Philadelphia.

This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of cutting-edge innovation, spanning traditional pharmaceutical and cutting-edge technologies, representing world-class clients in the life sciences industry. This position offers the opportunity to represent clients of all sizes, including emerging biotech companies.

This team creates and develops US and international intellectual property rights that are aligned with client business objectives, including working closely with scientific personnel to identify patenting opportunities and competitive advantages. The team also assists clients in partnering and investment transactions.

Candidates will hold an advanced degree in a life sciences technology field and demonstrate a strong background in biotechnology patent prosecution.

Patent Bar membership is required.
