Role Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Designer at Phutari's headquarters in Jaipur. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for tasks such as embroidery, fashion design, fitting, textiles, and fashion development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop embroidery and textile skills to create unique designs.
Design and develop garments that meet high-quality standards.
Collaborate with the team to stay updated on current fashion trends.
Implement sustainable fashion practices throughout the product lifecycle.
Plan and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
Visual merchandising and sales analysis to optimize store performance.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Utilize software such as Excel, PLM, and Adobe Illustrator to streamline workflows.
Manage time and project effectively to meet deadlines.
Requirements
